It’s a miracle that I have managed to stave off this Autumnal flu this long. Not only is half the office down with it, my husband also caught . Being surrounded I have turned to my trusty flu fighting berry turmeric smoothie which is jam-packed with flu fighting ingredients like; raspberries, turmeric and coconut oil.
I made a video taking you through the steps. Although it’s pretty simple really, bung the ingredients below into your Nutribullet or blender and voila!
