the Seville diaries. day 4 | oldest bar in Seville

11th May 2016

Would you believe me if I told you this place is the oldest taberna in Seville? Dates back to 1670 and is one of the 5 contenders for the oldest bar in Spain! The bar is called El Rinconcillo and you can learn all about it’s history here.

I spent the early evening supping on red wine and sampling the tapas. Travelling alone is lonely but Seville just wraps you up in its history and warmth unlike other cities. Truly in love. You can literally feel the history seeping through the walls.

Watch my video for a peek inside this famous Seville bar and see what I chose for my tapas (which were incredible by the way).

I hope you enjoy the video too! If you are enjoying these posts I would love it if you would subscribe to my YouTube Channel and also follow this blog.

See you tomorrow!
